Field Property Partners(“we”, “us”) is a real-estate sourcing and underwriting business. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us about it. It covers our website and the internal tools we use to run the business.

Information we collect

• Contact information about property owners and prospective buyers. Names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers, together with information about properties (address, characteristics, ownership, and recorded sale history). We obtain this from public records (such as county deed and assessor records) and from licensed third-party data providers.
• Information you give us directly. If you email or call us, we keep what you send so we can respond and maintain a record of the correspondence.
• Basic technical logs. Our web server keeps standard access logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability. The site sets a single strictly necessary cookie for operator login; it does not run analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To evaluate, underwrite, and source real-estate deals.
• To contact property owners and buyers about specific transactions and opportunities relevant to their stated or demonstrated activity.
• To respond to your inquiries and keep business records.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website and internal tools.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it except with service providers who help us operate (for example, data vendors and infrastructure providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Personal information is held in an access-controlled database on infrastructure we administer; database backups are encrypted. Access is limited to the operator of the business.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as it is useful for the purposes above and as required for our records, then delete or archive it. You can ask us to remove your information at any time (see below), subject to any legal record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop contacting you. To make a request, email alex.field@fieldpropertypartners.com. We will honor opt-out requests for outreach promptly.
